Leveraging my own insight as a fan, I helped combine comic and horror culture into one vertical, featuring diverse hosts and engaging content designed to deeply connect with our audience.
IMPACT
This strategy brought 400K new subscribers within a year, leading to expanded budgets for original series like Yellow Spandex and How to Kill, which garnered 66M+ views. Cross-platform efforts further amplified success, including How to Kill the Joker on SnapChat, which went viral in 24 hours with over 1M views.
